Our 2023 A Chance to Shine was a tremendous success! Many thanks to everyone who participated, volunteered and supported our event. A Chance to Shine has soared to new heights, surpassing all expectations, and raising a staggering $300,000 – $50,000 above our initial goal!
64 children served by BHcare programs and services, including the Parent Child Resource Center, The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services and Hope Family Justice Center of Greater New Haven received school supplies through our Back-to-School project.
Thankful for a successful Under the Tree Project! Thank you to all who have helped, donated and volunteered! Our clients had the opportunity to send us a wish item that they wanted. Bedding, warm jackets, boots, books, toys and clothes are some of the wish items requested. We are grateful to have distributed gifts to 616 clients!
