Alliance for Prevention and Wellness
Alliance for Prevention and Wellness (APW) is one of five Regional Behavioral Health Action Organizations in the State of CT. APW is contracted with the CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) to provide prevention and training for behavioral health and promote mental health services to 36 towns and communities in the South-Central Region of Connecticut, also known as DMHAS Region 2.
Communities include: Ansonia, Bethany, Branford, Chester, Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Derby, Durham, East Haddam, East Hampton, East Haven, Essex, Guilford, Haddam, Hamden, Killingworth, Lyme, Madison, Meriden, Middlefield, Middletown, Milford, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, Orange, Portland, Seymour, Shelton, Wallingford, Westbrook, West Haven, and Woodbridge,
